We ship your order within 2 working days (except weekends and Australian public holidays) after receiving your payments.

澳大利亚客户

单次购买99元及3kg以内 免运输

在特价时，本店将不会提供免运输。

For purchases below A$99, there is a shipping rate of A$6.95 for anything below 3kg using registered mail.  Anything above 3kg will be charged based on weight and volume. You can register to our website, add your items to the cart and check out to find out shipping costs. Your purchases are mainly dispatched by Australia Post and Couriers Please.  You may refer to Australia Post and Couriers Please for estimated delivery times.  

For freight on large items such as The Pet Loo, beds etc, there is a fixed shipping rate of A$20. They may be shipped by couriers companies and they do not deliver to P.O. Box addresses.  If your order is sent via any of our courier companies and no one is available to accept delivery, a calling card will be left for you to contact the courier to arrange re-delivery. Your parcel will be directed to the nearest depot and await further instruction from the receiver/customer. You may collect your parcel from the nearest depot, arrange a re-delivery to the same address, arrange a re-delivery to an alternative address or authorise a re-delivery that does not require a signature. If a re-delivery is not requested within a maximum of 1 week, your parcel will be returned to us. Please note that the there may be a redelivery fee charged by courier companies.

如果7天内收到商品确认为损坏， 请联络本店。 我们需要你提供货品照片。本店回覆一确认为损坏后，我们会提供退货品地址。
