Shipping & Returns


The processing time to process and pack your order can take up to 2 working days (except weekends and Australian public holidays) after receiving your payments.

Australian Buyers

Our store offers free registered postage for purchases more than A$99 and below 3kg.Free shipping is not applicable during sales period. For purchases below A$99, there is a shipping rate of A$8.95 for anything below 3kg using registered mail. Anything above 3kg will be charged based on weight and volume. You can register to our website, add your items to the cart and check out to find out shipping costs. For freight on large items such as The Pet Loo, beds etc, there is a fixed shipping rate of A$20. 

Your purchases are mainly dispatched by Australia Post and Couriers Please. You may refer to Australia Post and Couriers Please for estimated delivery times. They may be shipped by couriers companies and they do not deliver to P.O. Box addresses. If your order is sent via any of our courier companies and no one is available to accept delivery, a calling card will be left for you to contact the courier to arrange re-delivery. Your parcel will be directed to the nearest depot and await further instruction from the receiver/customer. You may collect your parcel from the nearest depot, arrange a re-delivery to the same address, arrange a re-delivery to an alternative address or authorise a re-delivery that does not require a signature. If a re-delivery is not requested within a maximum of 1 week, your parcel will be returned to us. Please note that the there may be a redelivery fee charged by courier companies.

Please note that The Woof Shop is unable to control the delivery process of our courier partners as orders are lodged promptly.

International Buyers

We welcome overseas purchases at our store. Please note that import duties, taxes and any other charges are not included in the order. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. Kindly contact us for a shipping quote.


We may allow pickup of orders on weekend mornings between 9am and 11am at our secondary warehouse in Box Hill North or Doncaster Victoria. Please note the stock range is limited and hence not all orders are available for pickup. Kindly contact us beforehand if the item you want is available for pickup.


We are not required to provide a refund or replacement for any change of mind.

You can choose a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem according to Australian Consumer Law. Major problems refer to faulty, unsafe, significantly different from the description, does not do what we said it would or beyond repair in a reasonable time. Any items deemed subject to fair wear and tear, or damages from incorrect use of the product will not be accepted as faulty.

Within 7 business days upon receipt of your purchase, login into your account and inform us your intention to return or exchange. If a return is applicable, a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number will be issued. You then mail your items together with a RMA number. If the item is faulty, shipping costs will be borne by The Woof Shop.  If it is due to a change of mind, shipping costs will be not refunded.  If the item you want to exchange for is no longer available, we would refund you the item purchase prices but not the shipping charges.
